These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TradesOnlineAcademy.com (the “Website”) and any courses, digital products, membership areas, learning platforms, downloads, templates, quizzes, certifications, community features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided through the Website.

Trades Online Academy is owned and operated by Prototopics, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.

2) Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and any purchase must be made by that parent/guardian.

Please Note: Meeting eligibility does not remove the inherent dangers associated with this course content. We are can not and will not be held responsible for any mistakes, accidents or injuries that occur as a result of work completed for our students or those in the vicinity of our students. By accessing our website, it will be assumed as an acceptance of these terms and conditions herein.

3) Changes to These Terms and Conditions

b) Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to the payment processor’s terms as well as these Terms. We do not store full payment card details.

c) Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the subscription fee at the stated interval until you cancel. Subscription benefits continue until cancellation becomes effective.

d) Authorization and Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at contact@prototopics.com to attempt to resolve the issue. Unresolved disputes may result in suspension or termination of access.

7) Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policy

Because our Services may include immediate access to digital content, refunds may be limited.

Unless a specific course page, checkout page, or written offer states otherwise:

    • Digital products and online course access are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.

    • If a subscription is canceled, you typically retain access through the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated at purchase.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact contact@prototopics.com promptly with your order details.

Legal note: Some jurisdictions provide mandatory consumer rights (including cancellation rights) that cannot be waived. We will comply with applicable law.

8) License to Use Course Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and within the Services—such as videos, lessons, text, worksheets, quizzes, graphics, logos, trademarks, and course materials (“Content”)—is owned by Prototopics, LLC or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws unless explicitly owned by another company. If owned by another company, two require a 2 weeks notice for content to be removed from the site after it has been brought to our attention.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

You may not:

    • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell, sublicense, or distribute Content.

    • Record, screen-capture, scrape, or download Content in violation of technical restrictions or intended use.

    • Share login credentials or course materials with others.
