- Control comes before tools. The Two Shutoffs Rule, containment setup, and safe pressure restoration prevent floods and turn “risk jobs” into controlled jobs.
- Support and alignment are craftsmanship. Most failures blamed on “bad pipe” are really bad hangers, forced fits, tensioned joints, and sagging runs.
- Diagnostics beat guessing—every time. You’ll use a repeatable framework to isolate problems (leaks, clogs, odors, low flow, water heater issues) and prove the cause before you repair.
